Voicemail Transcriptions

Your voicemails can be transcribed into to text. Our system uses powerful specialized machine learning models to transcribe voicemail audio to text, which will be sent with email notifications and can be integrated with other systems. Enable Voicemail Transcription In Call Flow Voicemail Step To enable transcriptions, select the Transcriptions option on the Voicemail Step in your Call Flow. Example Voicemail Transcription Once transcriptions are enabled, voicemails will have transcriptions processed and sent with the email notification and added to the details.

Create Notification In your Company Notification Settings, you'll see the ability to add notifications for all events including Voicemails or only voicemails. Select your email and notification type, and create your notification to receive an email for each new voicemail.
