Custom Domain DNS Instructions

In order to use a custom domain with your Call Tracker account, you'll need to create a new DNS record to point to our platform.

Add your Domain to your Account's Branding Settings

Add your subdomain to your account branding settings. We recommend using call.yourdomain.com, but your your able to use any sudomain of you'd like.Note, the domain used must be a subdomain, root domains are not supported.

Create a CNAME DNS record for your new subdomain

To complete the DNS setup, you'll need to now add the DNS record in your DNS host settings. Create a CNAME record to point to whitelabel.calltracker.io. After a short period you should be able to access the domain you just setup and it will be mapped to your account.
