Use the Dial step to connect the call to the correct destination.
The dial step is used to forward the call to the recipient, it also supports limiting the ringing time before moving to the next step.

To setup the dial step, add the Destination number to receive the incoming call.

You can also control the amount of time the call with ring the recipient before moving to the next step.
Note Each "ring" takes about 5 seconds, setting this to 20 seconds will ring the recipient 4 times before moving to the next step.
