Important In order to allow your callers to leave a voicemail, you must setup a Voicemail Step in a Call Flow that is actively handling inbound calls.
Access All Voicemails
The mail voicemail list view allows you view all of your voicemails and access the details of each.

Voicemail Details
On the voicemail details you will see details of the caller and access to the call that left the voicemail. You'll also be able to listen to the voicemail and view the transcription if enabled.
