Use a Greeting Step to play a message to the caller.
The greeting step is most useful as the first step in a flow to play a message to the caller before continuing to dial. Greetings support two types of greetings:
- Text to Speech - Converted text to speech audio to "say" your message to the caller.
- Audio - Play an uploaded audio file to the caller. MP3 and Wav audio files supported.
