Calls by Value Report

If you're utilizing the Call Value Attribution features, you'll find the Calls by Value report very helpful to see an overall summary report of your calls by vale and be able to spot trends with the charts. Calls by Value Report To access this report, click Reports in the navigation bar. Once in the Reports section, you'll see the Calls by Value link in the left sidebar. Changing the Chart Type Sometimes it's useful to visualize data with a different chart type to for it to provide more value. There are three different chart types available: - Stacked Bar Chart - Great for seeing trends over time. - Area Line Chart - similar to a stacked bar chart, shows trends over time very well. - Donut - great for summarizing data and seeing portional variances. Changing the Chart Date Range In many cases it might be useful to change the date range for the data you want to see. For example, you might want to see calls over the last 6 months or the last year. Use the date range tool just above the chart as needed.

Email Summary Reports

Email Summary Reports can be set up to automatically send call tracking activity reports to a user's email inbox. Please Note Reports are emailed around 8am in the local company timezone. Summary Report Frequency Options Summary reports have 3 period frequencies to choose from. One user can subscribe to multiple report frequencies to stay up to date with their call tracking activity. - Monthly - Weekly - Daily Create a Summary Report Subscription To create a summary report subscription, navigate to the Company Settings where you'll see a section for Summary Reports. From there you can create summary reports to send. To get an overview of your incoming phone call activity, the Calls by Tracker report does just that and maybe a little more. This report summarizes your calls by tracker that you have setup inside your account. Tip The Calls by Keyword Report is designed to help digital marketers see what what keywords are converting the most phone calls on their site. Calls by Keyword Report To access this report, click Reports in the navigation bar. Once in the Reports section, click the report title in the upper left of the screen to reveal a dropdown with all of the reports available, select Calls by Source Channel.
